One villa, built four times
The four houses are identical. Whitewashed walls, deep window frames and shuttered doors follow the island's traditional style; inside, everything is new. Each villa has its own pool and terrace, so you never share a garden with anyone you didn't arrive with.
Book one for a family of six, or two, three or all four for a wedding party, a reunion or a summer with friends who want their own front door.

Molos, on the north-east coast of Skyros
Skyros is the largest and most southerly of the Sporades, and the least visited. The villas sit on the slope between the whitewashed village (Chora), stacked below its Byzantine castle, and the long sandy stretch of Molos and Magazia beach below.
Tavernas, a bakery and a minimarket are within walking distance in Molos. The village, with its car-free lanes, is a forty-minute walk or a ten-minute drive. The island's beaches on the wilder south and west coasts are a short drive.
- Gyrismata beach
- 9 min walk
- Skyros village (Chora)
- 10 min drive · 40 min walk
- Linaria port
- About 15 min drive
- Skyros airport (SKU)
- About 20 min drive
Getting here
By sea: ferry from Kymi (Euboea) to Linaria, about two hours; Kymi is roughly two and a half hours by road from Athens. By air: flights to Skyros from Athens and Thessaloniki. A car is useful on the island; we can recommend local rental agencies.
A Skyrian family, on the island all season
The villas belong to Nicholas Zacharopoulos, whose family is from Molos. Day to day, they are looked after by Eva and Nikos, who live on Skyros, meet you at check-in and are a phone call away for anything from a restaurant booking to a boat trip around the island.
Nicholas has been an Airbnb Superhost for four years, with a 100% response rate and a 4.9 average across more than sixty reviews.
"Everything was perfect. The place and the swimming pool were clean, the kitchen fully equipped. As a family of five we had enough space for everyone. Eva and Nikos were very helpful and friendly."
